The Circulation Foundation Ambassador scheme aims to increase awareness of vascular conditions, share and repeat fundraising success, increase our research grants, create a patient voice and start to make the CF a support centre for patients.
We plan to recognise our Ambassadors on social media, on our website and recognise your significant achievements at the Annual Scientific Meeting. We are the early stages of developing our network of ambassadors and if you would like to be involved please chose the link below which best relates to you; vascular healthcare professional or patient representative.

VASCULAR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL
Our goal is to establish a Circulation Foundation Network by having an Ambassador in each Arterial Centre across the UK. The role of Ambassador will be to promote the Circulation Foundation within your hospital, help us with distribution of posters and leaflets, encourage local fundraising, extend our presence on social media, asking patients for their stories, take part in national initiatives such as Vascular Awareness Month and to find out how the CF can help.

PATIENT REPRESENTATIVE
Whether you are a patient, a family member or carer of a patient, or a fundraiser, your support by becoming a Circulation Foundation Ambassador could be extremely beneficial. The role of Ambassador for patient representatives includes, gathering and sharing patient and fundraising stories, supporting fundraisers to achieve success and help us to raise awareness of vascular diseases. A patient voice is imperative to constantly improve the support we can provide.
